When you are given the keys after settlement, it’s for real.

Buying a house sounds so simple; get pre-qualified, review listings on line, look at the promising ones, select one, write a contract, give requested information to the lender, do the walk through and then show up for settlement. One item missing is “time.” I have said this before and it’s still true, “It may take a while to find your house and we may have some false starts, but ultimately, everyone gets the right house”

In this case, Andrew got the right house. This may be one of the biggest smiles I have seen on the day of settlement in a long time. Congratulations Andrew! Best wishes for many years of enjoyment in your new home.
