The owner’s goal was to create the “perfect condo,” and they did.
It all started with a fourth floor, corner location that is bright and airy due to the two balconies; one on each side. The rising sun comes in from the side and finishes the day with a peaceful sunset off the main balcony. The spacing between buildings is maximized while the building fronts the expansive grassy courtyard.
This large (1,662 sq ft) condo allows every room to be just a bit larger and more inviting. The interior features are all from the upgrade column at the design center, starting with the flooring and on to the kitchen appliance package. The Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances work well with the cabinets that feature “soft touch” closing.
Upon moving in the windows all received wooden plantation shutters while the sliding glass doors are covered with Hunter Douglas Luminette privacy sheers. The master bedroom closet and pantry were completely fitted with organizer shelving. This place has been so lightly lived in that you might be fooled to think it’s actually brand new.
The owner’s attention to detail even carried over to the selection of the garage and it’s location at the front of the building where the access is convenient and the lighting is ample. This garage is larger then usual in both the length and width. The concrete ramp eliminates the need for a step to the main hallway.
